Preventative Maintenance special offers

I hope this finds you, your family, and your colleagues safe and well.
I understand that regular Neurodiagnostic and Intraoperative procedures continue to be significantly disrupted. We at Cadwell would like to help get you ready to hit the ground running when some degree of normalcy returns. To that end, we’d like to encourage you to schedule a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service for your Cadwell system(s).
If your equipment is covered by an existing Cadwell Service Contract:
We’re offering a $100 credit towards your next Service Contract for each system you send in for a PM until June 30, 2020.
If you do not have an existing Service Contract for your Cadwell System:
We’re offering a 20% discount off the regular price of the PM for that equipment type for each system you send in for a PM until June 30, 2020.
To schedule your Preventative Maintenance:
- Have your Cadwell Customer Number (%%Cadwell_Customer_Number%%) handy, and
- Email ServiceDept@cadwell.com, or
- Call 1-800-245-3001, and press 2 for Hardware Support.
Our Service Engineers will provide you options to help minimize any equipment downtime and discuss the shipping arrangements.
