Service Contracts

All Cadwell customers recieve free phone support with the purchase of new Cadwell equipment. Cadwell recommends annual preventative maintenance and calibration on all Cadwell equipment. 

Cadwell offers four levels of service contract coverage to meet the individual needs of our customers.

Level 1 Remote web support

Cadwell’s Clinical and Technical support personnel use Remote Web Support to access your system via the internet to aid with a variety of software issues.

Level 2 Remote web support + Parts and labor coverage Includes parts and labor coverage for Cadwell manufactured components. Components may be “exchanged” or serviced in-house depending upon the type of repair necessary. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. There is no coverage for non-Cadwell peripherals (computers, monitors, etc.).
Level 3

Remote web support + Parts and labor coverage + PM, loaner equipment* and shipping

In addition to parts and labor coverage, loaner equipment* is provided when your instrument is down. Authorized shipping costs are covered, and a PM (calibration) is available at your request. Non-Cadwell peripherals (computers, monitors, etc.) are not covered.
Level 4

Remote web support + Parts and labor coverage + PM, loaner equipment* and shipping + Computer and peripheral coverage

Non-Cadwell peripherals (purchased with the Cadwell instrument) are covered as well as Cadwell components. Parts, labor, Loaner equipment* (if the unit is down), yearly PMs (calibrations) and authorized shipping costs are also covered. Special order non-Cadwell peripherals may not be covered.
