Arc Alterna
Alterna views a Clinical, Ambulatory and at home EEG and PSG sleep monitoring as the same function. You can run the clinical portion in the office, and then with one click, you can start the Ambulatory portion and send the patient on their way. No unhooking, re-hooking, stopping and starting the recording.
Alterna Recorder and Amplifier
The Arc Alterna system utilizes a lightweight and compact recorder and a 32-channel amplifier to capture EEG events in the office or anywhere the patient goes.
Alterna Options
The Arc Alterna can be configured as a portable or a desktop system. The portable version includes a laptop and can easily fit in a standard business briefcase. The desktop version comes with a desktop PC and an LCD monitor or an all-in-one PC.
Capture All Events, All the Time, Day or Night
The system includes a recorder and a 32-channel EEG amplifier. The patient event button on the recorder allows for the patient to mark the recording to note any symptoms. The amplifier is powered via standard D cell alkaline batteries. The system can easily capture over four days of recording time.
