Cadwell is headquartered in Kennewick, Washington. Kennewick is the largest city in the area
known as the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick), and is located in the desert climate
of southeastern Washington at the confluence of the Yakima, Columbia, and Snake rivers.
Residents and visitors enjoy an abundance of water sports, world class golf at nearly a dozen
golf courses, and a multitude of off-road activities in the open desert. Camping, fishing,
hunting, snow skiing, and other recreational activities are all close by. Over 300 days of sunshine
per year can be expected with relatively mild winters that average only 4 inches of snow per year.
